Fork Sliders

I decided to clean them up a bit since I already had them off for the fork seals. I’d seen videos where people appear to have success sanding off the clear coat and more sanding and buffing but I didn’t have anything less than 1,000 grit and wasn’t about to go out again after all the trips for the handlebar bushing parts (that’ll be another post).

I think they look a lot better. I was glad I had the 3M tape that I bought for a job on the 4Runner. It was perfect for getting the right reflector back on. Glad I didn’t throw out the pieces when they fell off.

Not miraculous but it’s an improvement
