1985 FXRS

Low Glide Rejuvination

FXR Service Manual

July 14, 2022 5:51 pm

I had a 1984-1985 FXR service manual in the bottom drawer of my tool chest for the past 27 years. I remember moving it to make room for actual tools when I started working on the 4Runner but I have absolutely no idea what I did with it.

I took a gamble on Ebay and chose the manual from the seller who gave me the best vibe. Whatever the hell that was based on, I’m not sure. Turns out it was a guy named Tony from Pennsylvania and while the manual was used, as expected, it was in great shape and wasn’t missing any pages.

I really wish I knew where Dad’s original manual was but at least I have this. Thanks Tony!
